    1. Yes, it has been a tad frosty lately, BOL!

Well, porky wasn't here this morning, so he must have found a better place to be!

    1. Nope, no sharing my coat with momma! She can get her own coat, BOL. It was a little frosty this morning. Mom looks funny with her eyelashes all iced over doesn't she?

That was as close as I could get to the porcupine. He would not come down out of the tree. He was gone this morning, so who knows where he is now!

Its cold here too, but no frost on growlmy's face, OMD!
I bet your river is frozen over again.

Porky-pine-dude is silly to be up in that tree..I think, is he eating the leaf buds?

    1. Even more snow today and lots of wind blowing the snow around. Even I don't like it outside today.

Yeah, doesn't mom look funny with icicles on her eye lashes, BOL! It has not been cold enough for long enough to freeze the river over again. We still have open water on the river near us. No more ice road this winter, that is for sure.

The porky was eating the bark off the trees and probably those leaf buds as well. Mom should take a picture of the damage the porky does to the branches!

  5. Yipes! A porcupine! He must be freezing up there! You are being very good about not disturbing it. Joey and I would be barking like crazy (not exactly the smartest thing to do with a porcupine!) Hope you and your folks are keeping warm in this arctic weather.

    1. The porky has moved along, so I am sure he is warm someplace else. I just stood there and looked at the critter, he didn't say too much, BOL!

We are keeping warm. Hope you are also keeping warm!

    1. Yup, they are scary, but we think he has moved on. Haven't seen him in 2 or 3 days. We think he is visiting the neighbor now!
