Winter is Coming

Well apparently winter is coming to our part of the world and mom is getting prepared.  Even though she hopes we don't get snow until mid-November, she is starting to get things organized.  Like today, she thought it would be a good idea if she tried my Muttluks on me.  She only put them on my front paws and I kinda got used them.  Ok, try not to laugh when you see the video she made of me!

Now she wants to try them on my back paws, and then we will work up to having them all on at the same time.  Oh, this is so embarrassing!

  2. Crikey Buddy ...... I laughed ..... a LOT!! Sorry, mate!! Glad I don't have to wear those things to run on the beach. I'd sure like to play in the snow with you though. Can't wait to see you with 'em on your back feets too.

    1. Let's not rush things, Charlie! The front feet were traumatic enough, I am not looking forward to the back feet!

    1. I know, Whitley, but the momma is thinking ahead. She remembers about 100 years ago, when snow fell the beginning of October and it stayed until spring, so she just wants to be ready. Mom hopes the boots keep ice from forming between my toes. That happened a lot last year, and it hurts!

We put a set of booties on a kitty years and years ago, and he walked liked a prancer, lifting each paw up slowly one at a time, hilarious!
